Gale and his wife, Rhonda, are the brokers/owners of Land Shark Properties LLC specializing in residential homes sales. We have expanded our real estate company of 24 years from Orlando to the west coast of Florida where we have owned property since 2018. We have been researching and learning the city and islands to insure great quality service to our clients. Our goal is to provide the public with the best our industry has to offer with honest and trustworthy service unmatched on the west coast of Florida. Gale G. Fritzler
Gale was born in Saginaw Michigan and relocated to Florida in 1983. He worked in the construction trade for 7 years and then started a landscape business, which he owned for 9 years in S.W. Orange County. Gale became licensed in real estate in 1995 and obtained his broker’s license in 1997. He became part owner of Williamsburg Realty, Inc. located in Orlando Florida in 1997 where he started his real estate career. In 2006 he bought out his partner and became sole owner of that real estate company which is still operating today. Gale now has a multiple broker’s license and is now broker and owner of Land Shark Properties LLC along with his wife, Rhonda. He strives to bring his intellectual knowledge of all facets to this company to continue to educate and assist all of his clients to be stress free successful sellers and homeowners.
Rhonda J. Fritzler
Rhonda started her career in real estate in 2002 as a successful real estate appraiser in Philadelphia. Working for one of the top producing appraisal companies in Newtown, PA, Rhonda has acquired extensive knowledge of determining the value of property. She thrives on helping her clients make the best reasonable decision when selling or purchasing a home. After relocating to Florida in 2008, Rhonda traveled numerous communities, touring each street throughout Orange, Osceola, Lake, Polk and Pinellas counties inspecting pre-foreclosed and foreclosed homes. This has given her a well-rounded knowledge of Florida homes and communities. Rhonda's ability to evaluate the value of property and navigate through Florida has given her an advantage above her competitors. Rhonda strives to assist her clients in receiving the highest value for their property and buyers their dream of home ownership. With her vast team of professional lenders, home inspectors, insurance reps and title companies, Rhonda makes purchasing a home a breeze.
